We want you to love your purchase from Pacific Candlelight NZ. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
